If you have an option
Will you go for a 13 F10 and add Dinan stage 2 or go for 14 F10 with a slight increase in power and wait for Dinan to come up for something for N63tu.

2013- with the deal you should get you could afford an exhaust, a few other options and Dinan 3.
The exhaust is huge and the Dinan will give you more HP than the 14 stock. Not sure the changes are worth the wait IMHO. Besides if its just the headlights or LED stuff you could also upgrade that too in 12 months for an affordable price |

my answer
Having had previously a 2000 M5 and a 2008 M3, I'd have to say this car is awesome-er I do miss the DCT on the M3. But the 500 HP and 580 ft/lbs of torque on all 4 wheels and the nicely grounded Dinan suspension makes this car far much more fun than my previous M cars. I'd have bought another M5 but wanted the AWD and the Dinan mods make the 550i pretty close to the M5.

If you can wait for the LCI then this would be your best choice. Otherwise get the m5!

Russkey - saw the pics of your car - looks awesome. Did you do the grill yourself or did you have someone install it? I'm thinking of adding that little cosmetic feature - I think it would look nice with carbon black.

do what I did. went from 550 to M5. Having a blast so far. If xdrive is important to you then 2014 550 amd then do the tune down the road, if more power (to match or beat the M5) is needed.
