Ipod compatability
So my ipod isn't recognised by the car, fair enough it's about 7 years old and I've tried a newer ipod which works perfectly.
So the solution is obviously to buy a new ipod, I see the new ones come the lightning connector and possibly a world of incompatibility issues, or maybe not. Could someone please confirm the latest nano with lightning connector will work with my car (Nov '12 build), before I go out and buy it? |

Make sure your ipod software is updated 1st, before going for a new one! my classic ipod 60gb works and my one is at least 4years, works fine with Album graphics too, by using the ipod cable instead of the BMW cable, the only set back is the graphic resolution limited on the classic ipods old or new due to the small screens, not bad still ok, if I play music from my iphone the album graphics are very sharp due to higher resolution used with iphones and recent ipods with touch screens.
