2015 528i Lease/finance
Hey guys,
So my parents are considering trading in both cars and purchasing or leasing an f10. My dad has been in love with them since they came out, and I'd really like him to be able to make a smart decision with his purchase. We currently have a 2012 328i base w/ options (leased at MSRP 42k) and a 2003 X5 (Guessing worth around 4k). I know they're completely overpaying for the 328i and don't want them to make the same mistake again. Like I said it's base. Only heated/power seats and moonroof. Monthly rate is almost 500 a month. I'm not sure how much they put down, but knowing them they'd aim to make the monthly rate as low as possible. The lease is almost up, and they plan on finally getting an 528 together. With the options we'd like, we were quoted an MSRP of $54,050. We were offered to end our lease immediately, pay nothing and pay $651.45 for a 2015 528i 39 month lease. Is this a reasonable rate? What would be the smartest move for them to make? The 528 we built was MSRP $54,050. M-sport and metallic paint being the options. |

Not a good deal. If I rolled everything into my monthly I'd be at $620-$635 for my 2015 535x-drive with a $63K msrp. I've paid tax and acquisition fee upfront and paying $568.71 a month right now. 10K miles 39 month lease

That's not a very good deal. that's about what I pay for my 2015 m3. You should be looking very low 600 to under 600 with Taxes/fees rolled in.
