I am a big fan of Vorsteiner and own a complete set of carbon fiber aero details as well as the 20" VS-310 brushed-tinted-glossy wheels. Have this all ordered and shipped through a local Vorsteiner dealer.
The good news with the wheels was a top quality, perfect custom offsets and fast production time. They also arranged the Tikore titanium lug bolts with the "V" logo engraved on heads. What was not so god, the wheels came with the valves but also the second holes of unclear purpose drilled at the opposite side of the wheel barrels and left opened. To my request, Vorsteiner rep explained the holes are for the TPMS sensors. That was a surprise to me since the whole European continent has Indirect TPMS (no wheel sensors, ABS based) meaning my local dealer did not work it out with the factory. And it looked also strange because I learned from the US folks, the TPMS sensor is sitting at the internal side of the valve which is one and only per wheel. I requested the dealer to pay for the ECS Tuning Invisible Valve Stem Kit and seal those holes, so they did and the issue was solved. How it's made for the V-FF wheels you show? How many holes, where is the TPMS sensor installed? I think, this story might be helpful for the other customers and dealers. But at the end of the day, the Vorsteiners are excellent wheels and I am proud to have them on my F10. |

Vorsteiner's brand new flow forged wheels will feature only 1 valve stem location which is compatible with TPMS sensors.
The reason why their three piece wheels would feature two (one on outer barrel, one and inner barrel) is for 1. TPMS sensors that may not be compatible on one location but the other, and 2. For purging. Purging will help with letting moisture out when pumping in air. You’d pump in air through one end while purge through the other. This is common for those who use nitrogen vs. normal air. I hope this info helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. |

This info is really helpful, thank you! Irony of my situation was that both vendor and dealer disregarded these custom wheels are ordered for a European civil car, a city sedan, meaning both points were quite unnecessary for the particular order. Or at least it was worth checking with the customer before drilling the barrels, considering the total billed amount, you know what I mean.
Please advice: is the same typical and applicable to other top brands like HRE or Morr? I.e. does one-piece forged always come with a single valve, but for the 3-piece forged the matter needs to be escalated and checked? |

I'm Planning to put Vorsteiner 103F in my 2014 BMW 530D
I love to put 20" Inch but the Indian road condition is Pathetic (especially in Kerala) that's the reason why i'm not planning 20" Inch. So I'm planning to put 19" Inch. My current wheel size is 245/45/18 (F) 275/40/18 (R) My question is, is this size ( 19×9.5J F | 19×10.5J R ) possible to fit My 530D Tyre size would be 245/40/19 (F) 275/35/19 (R)

Very sorry for the delay, there are no plans to have this released in a 19" fitment for your model at this time. Let me know if another style may work for you

As i'm not planning to put 20" inch ...I'm planning to put vorsteiner 103F 19*9.5 Front and 19*10.5 Rear ( this is actually available for E9X M3 and its there in the Vorsteiner spec sheet)
is it possible for my 530D M sports ??? My current size is 245/45/18 (F) and 275/40/18 (R) when I upgrade to 19" wheels, size will be 245/40/19 (F) and 27/35/19 (R)
