The n63 engine had many issues. I suggest doing a forum search. If you don't get some sort of warranty on this, I wouldn't even touch it. Make sure the engine campaign was done on it.

High mileage! Especially be weary if you don't get a warranty

100,000 miles is not a lot in today's world. 15-20 years ago I wouldn't do it.
I have almost 100k on my '11 and it rides the same as when I first got it with 30k miles. |

Is that Fly by Night Motors?? No posted hours and call for appointment?
I would run!! There is a reason dealers auction off cars to this type of dealer. I agree w/Trian adding that you would need to really like spending your time working on the car and expecting down time while you do the work. |

Looks like garbage. Interior is thrashed, look at the state of that center console, specifically the area around the rear passenger air vents. And it has full rear entertainment pkg, but not the extended contents cluster display or HUD...interesting. Wheels look like fakes, and that grill badge is indicative of a poser. Looks like some kid or a brother owned it.

No, just no, I wouldn't buy it. N63 is an engine with many reported issues that may drain your pocket with no warranty protection. I wouldn't feel too good buying from a dealer like that, I would at least feel better buying from a dealer that sells brand new cars also. Maybe there would be a better chance of them taking responsibility and having a lot to lose if they do something shady.

As most people mentioned in the last thread you made, these are typically not the types of dealerships anyone here would recommend. The other ones you were looking at seemed much shadier, but this dealership still doesn't scream credibility. If your budget is in the 18-25k range (based on the cars in the previous thread and this one), you have a much better shot getting into a well equipped 3 series or if you are set on the f10 then maybe look for 528s or 535s? These dealerships appear to be the type that will approve anyone, and kill you on the rates / leave you with an "as-is" car. Also, I doubt they offer any good warranties. If you plan to get an f10 from this type of dealer, you need to make sure you have backup funds or mechanical skill because I am fairly confident this dealer didn't perform any serious tests to ensure everything is in great shape
Just my 2 cents. The f10 is a great car, but expect to have some good size mechanic bills because who knows how it was cared for / checked by this dealer.

I have a very early production 2011 550i with 99,500 miles currently on it. I've owned it since 60,000 miles and have driven it spiritedly since day 1. Aside from a couple of leaky coolant hoses, it has needed zero repairs. The only thing that does get old is adding a quart of oil every 1,000 miles or so.
If your highest desire is reliability, get the 535. If you want an authoritative feeling car, get the 550. |

People over exaggerate the issues of the N63. I have not heard of a N63 exploding or being blown. The S65/S85 is a far worse engine, BMW did nothing about it, and they complain less. The N63 is covered under the CCP if anything is wrong with it and I've yet to have anything wrong except injectors that were replaced under the CCP.

Hatem3 I wouldn't do it for the many reasons stated but also I'm from Queens and I know the dealerships on Jamaica Avenue aren't the most upstanding folks around.
