Just wanted to give an update on all the aftermarket parts i have and how they're holding up on my 535.
GFB DV+: threw a shadow code like they said it would, but the code does not pull power, 0 problems, hold boost slightly better. MagnaFlow straight though 3": 0 problems and gets better with age, deeper sound, no noticeable performance increase or decrease. Koni Adjustables: best shocks I've ever owned, full stiff is not as stiff when they were new, but holding up strong, no leaks, 0 problems. Eiach Bach OE springs: slightly lowered over time, but not sagging still performing. Not my favorite spring, but 100 times better than the squishy stock non edc setup. Sprint Booster: god damn champ, highly recommended, removes throttle lag completely, 0 problems. CDV Mod: great, 0 problems, next time completely delete it, clutch engagement increased 50% over stock BMS clutch stop, 0 problems, wish it was adjustable, does not add advantage on shortening the distance in clutch travel. HID Ebay fogs: garbage capacitor blew up like a bomb thought my car was on fire, do not do this mod! Flash Tune: highly recommended with use of E85, requires dialing in and a 1 time ECU removal CAI: makes no difference, 0 problems VSRF DP: raspy which is subjective, not a fan. Needed it because of stage 2 tune. Reduces lag from turbo spool. 0 problems minus smell, increased wtq and whp when tuned accordingly M5/550 Swaybar kit from ECS: rear sway cleans up lean on corners, very noticeable, M5 front sway, no difference, 0 problems

I'm still surprised I haven't seen your car around Playa Vista since... maybe 5 months ago? Glad everything (minus the foglights) is still working out great!

Yeah i had the car coded to ignore errors for fogs and used capacitors and it went to shit. It worked for a while and increased visibility, but could've cost me my car. Alex@alpine told me about some high powered LEDs that all his customers have had success with, looking into this will report back.

A westside meetup sounds great. Seems like there are a decent amount of folks around West LA, I just never see any of them!

I wish I was back in Cali for the meetups... Those were a lot of fun! Do they still have that Euro meet at Qualcomm or that huge BMW caravan to Las Vegas still?
