Sport + and 550i
Ok .... So I used to drive alot in sport+ when I first got my 2011 550i. I was getting drivetrain malf all the time, my buddy always had it in sport+ and was getting malfs all the time. (not talking every single time)
Anyways I wasn't a huge fan of the throttle sensitivity when in sport+ so I switched to putting the tranny in sport mode and taking the traction off manually. Ever since then I have rarely ever had drivetrain malfs, very rare usually if I get them its because I was running more boost than i should have on my JB4. So I now avoid Sport+ at all costs lol. Anyways I figured Id share that ... if anyone wants to give it a try ?

I think so too. The car is revving higher, so the chance of getting drivetrain malfunction is also higher. I drive in sport+ every time accept stop and go traffic. I changed the sport settings to chassis only for driving in traffic.
