DSC Button to Disable Trasnfer Case?

Does press and holding the DSC button for 5 seconds disable the transfer case on xDrive cars?

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure doing that will not disable the transfer case, the car will always be an xdrive. Pushing the button for 5 seconds just disables all the electronic nannies.

Not quite sure what you mean by "disable the transfer case".

From my reading of xDrive, TCC (Transfer Case Control) is always functioning, even if DSC is disengaged.

Remember within the DSC suite, not every function/feature is disengaged, even with the long press of the DSC button.
