EEPROM reset help

Bought a used cluster and need an EEPROM reset for vin and milage, before I can code it , anyone know how to do this in the LA area ? Thanks

It would be great if someone could chime in with the chip location and what values need to be changed after the eeprom is read out. A $40 buspriate board can interface with any chip standard i2c, spi, etc
