bmw replaced the outer shell because leather had wear. Wheel is not defective. Watch your word

My factory steering wheel was showing too much wear, BMW replaced the steering wheel (just the outer part). Now it is brand new without any problem. I want to trade it for alcantara one or sell it and buy alcantara one from someone
