Rich Condition issue
2012 F10 550; Just got codes 128501 (P0175) and 118102 (Rich Bank 2).
Raw fuel smell coming from engine compartment, black soot from exhaust. I Live data streamed using a scannner and while driving, one cat converter, bank 1 goes to 862* then cools to 760*. bank 2 cat converter goes to 1000* and keeps heating up past 1100*. Is the drivers side converter bad because it overheating? Im assuming because it heating up, the gasses are getting trapped. I pulled my plugs to cancel out leaking injector, none smelled like fuel and were dry. And live data at Idle, my LTFT is -16% and when I rev it to 2500 it drops to -2% then 0. STFT are right at 0 when idling and revving to 2500 rpms. I got this narrowed down to 02 sensor or catalytic converter. Would I need a new cat converter? |
