Last vacation shot for this summer!

Now the roof box will be off the car for 10-11 months.

That was a cold morning! I did have the valve guide seals replaced recently, I'm good for now.

LOL. Came down to $$$. When the factory warranty expired, things started happening. I'll go back to an M, eventually, but this is great for now. Noelle Performance will bump it up to 360 bhp and Dinan FF exhaust gives it a nice tone.

Sucks being responsible.

WE LOVE that area!! Zion is one of our favorite drives! When we lived in SLC and drove down to SoCal to visit relatives we made the effort to take the "short-cut" through Zion & Bryce! Remember when the STG airport was on that mesa west of the 15?

I sure do! As a matter of fact some people still think the airport is there and have attempted to land even though there are giant X's on the runway. Happens about twice a year. You would think they would look at a current sectional or update their GPS.

I once asked a Mooney pilot what the weather was (he'd been airborne about 10 minutes). He actually said "Let me look outside."! YIKES!!! I almost asked him what he'd been doing the last 5 minutes! Nothing worse than lawyers in Mooney's or doctors in Bonanza's!

Another Mooney driver thought he could fly from SLC to a SoCal airport without any charts AT ALL! He wanted vectors and recommended altitudes the whole way. He got in some serious trouble when he landed!

I had trouble working 'copters until I learned they can stop!! That made SVFR (back in the day when we used it) much easier!!
