I coded my mirrors about a year ago, i remember reducing the delay time to 0 sec,comfort closing was already acitve.
Standard is hold the lock button for three secs from factory Almost folds instantly. Possibly in front electronic module (FEM_01) |

When I coded my mirrors using bimmercode, they only fold when pressing down the lock on the driver handle (comfort access) - not the physical lock on key. I guess this is Ok but I would also like it to fold when holding lock on key.

I found coding with esys relatively easy, I just took my time & followed some great guides on the net,
After using ncs expert with the e series it's not that difficult. As long as you have a quality Ethernet cable & reliable software it's all good. My 2010 f10 had limited coding options but managed the alarm chirp & Video in motion. I did try the sports gauges they do display on I drive but don't work 🙁. |
