Ugly plastic lower grill
Hey there,
I couldn’t find any info on this, so I made a thread. Anyone know how to replace or cover or something to change the ugly plastic grill on the bottom of the bumper. Is there a way without having to replace the bumper. Thanks |

That honeycomb center section pulls right out. The side "scoops" direct air to where I haven't looked. The honeycomb section allows air into the intercooler. I would NEVER block that (or the side grills for that matter)! BMW did a lot of research on fluid dynamics to make sure the engine, brakes and oil cooler get the proper amount of air.
