Do a video on the outside. Hard to tell while driving could be anything drivetrain, rotating unbalanced.

Update, shop says sound didnt come out of the engine, but that the sound is from the passengerside front driveshaft.

Is it normal that a driveshaft fails after 140.000 km? had so many BMWs in the past never had a driveshaft failure at any of them.

Cv axle? Axles are wear and tear item. Possible for early failure to lasting a lifetime.

I replaced my RF at around 77k miles and now I’m about to do my LF at 80k, they don’t seem to make it much farther.

Usually failure point on the axles are the boots. They get fragile and rip. Loss of grease = faster failure.

Wel the problems are not over yet! After the replacement of the driveshaft the car is pulling to the right when you let the steeringwhweel go on. I also feel a light vibration in the car now and I see the passengerseat vibrate problems came after the replacement of the front passengerside driveshaft. Any ideas? Gonna call the shop tommorow.

Alignment/wheel bearing/balance see if any need done. Pulling from wheel bearing or alignment, off balance will cause vibration. Other then that not sure.
