I know you have this listed as or best offer...but you may need to lower your asking price to get much action. For reference, my car is also a 2013 m-sport but has more options and 10k less miles. I purchased my car in early 2020 for ~$13,500 from a dealership, which typically is higher priced than buying from a private party. This was in Dallas, so maybe not the same market as Atlanta. Regardless, good luck!
