Scratch on piano black door pillar
Found a nasty scratch/rash mark on my door pillars this morning. I just got the car (2016 535i), and I'm wondering if this was potentially covered with Sharpie or temporary paint and I didn't notice it.
View post on imgur.com Any products that would do a good job at hiding this versus just replacing the entire part? Thanks! |

The forum appears alive and well to me.
Regarding the issue, the link isn't working for me, but if it's a scratch in the paint, look into compounding and polishing the area to remove the scratch if it isn't too deep. Besides that I don't know how else to repair besides having the area repainted or replaced if it's a trim piece. |
