Front end Noise while driving

2014 535i xDrive with 80K has a rubbing/dragging type sound from the front end you can hear when slowly rolling. Probably still there at faster speeds, just cannot be heard. Sounds similar to a brake pad against rotor but does not change when the brakes are applied or released. Does not seem to vary when wheels are straight or turned. It is constant but varies in intensity as wheels spin sort of like something is warped or grabbing.

Recently replaced both axles due to CV Boot leaks and wheel bearings "while I was in there." Noise was there prior. Cannot hear it when front end is up and you spin the wheels manually. Could it be something with the LS RFT tires? Concerned it may be differential related. Replaced diff fluid while in there and nothing appeared off. Rotors and pads replaced last year less than 10K on them.

Any ideas?
