Wireless Carplay from F13 GC?

I saw a review of a 2019 F13 Gran Coupe claiming it has wireless Carplay. Is this true, and if so would the necessary parts swap over to the F10?

You can do it, I got the newer NBT EVO headunit along with the touchscreen out of a G11. All BMW carplay is wireless.

Is the HU plug and play? Any coding to make it work? I'd love to see a diy on this. I have an aftermarket touch screen already so I don't need the display.

Headunit is mostly plug and play..

I say mostly because with EVO, the TCB in the trunk is replaced by an ATM module and that module is what connects to the GPS antenna. And from ATM in trunk to headunit, you need to add Ethernet connection to get all of the functionality.
