Stuck lock in my BMW F10 530D

Hi, I have a problem opening the passenger door. It can only be opened from the inside. And the lock does not work on the central locking. Can you please advise me how to solve this? Thanky you so much!!

I had the same problem, which eventually resolved itself on it's own. My indy thinks it's a software issue since it resolved itself without intervention.

Does the lock work manually? I had that issue on our 2012 535i and it was the door actuator. I could lock & unlock manually with the knob, but no electrical functions worked. I was able to open from the outside, however.
