Been on that with many BMW's, as I've owned nearly 30 of them. I did ACC retrofit on my E65. I want it to F10 also... But that'll be someday.

Heated steering wheel, sport shifter I did earlier on F10.

I'm doing ACC, B&O and a few other things. Got everything already. Just need time to rip the entire car apart

B&O must a heck of job. I only got S676 but it's fine for me. Acc is only thing I miss... And maybe ventilated seats that I have on e65 also.

Detailing Day & first time ever using ceramic coating instead of wax.

All by hand (no buffers). I compounded & wax'd a year ago so I skipped and used a polish instead.

Products Used: Gyeon Q^2 MOHS EVO Ceramic Coating
Gyeon Quartz Prep
Chemical Guys P4 Precision Paint Perfect Polish
Chemical Guys Clay Bar (Light-Yellow) & Luber
Dawn Dish Soap (I apologized to my car first)
Various microfiber towels, suede for ceramic application

I didn't get a chance to take a full set of pics yet but here's a quick one I snapped to give an idea of the shine achieved. Hoping to take the "money shot" pics tomorrow (from front and slightly to side, imo, is the F10 best profile)

I was showing a bad ignition coil, so went ahead and swapped them all out. Easy 45 minute job starting from walking in the door after work and ending with closing the hood and locking the car when done. Dealer quoted $1,500 for the job... wow! Soooo much easier than my E90 which needs the air filter contraption moved out of the way to access the last two. This was just a pleasure to work on! Didn't even require tools other than a 10mm socket to remove the engine trim cover, and a small bracket covering coil #6 I had to move out of the way. 115k miles on the clock, so it was time.

Broke down and took to Ontario BMW for service. Throwing codes for water pump and alternator, and previously oil level sensor, so concern that it was the BSD and/or DME. But they decided it was the aftermarket alternator the previous owner put in to save a couple bucks. It was not playing nice with the system, and was causing the other codes. So water pump was fine, and the previous oil level sensor was probably okay as well. So this round ended up costing me a mortgage payment worth of new alternator! Frustrating as I could have done it myself (four bolts FTW!) but I really wanted it tracked down. If that didn't fix it, would probably end up selling the car and taking a huge financial hit. But fingers crossed, it seems to be fine! I drove it to work for a couple days, and spouse is back in it and as happy as can be... she loves that damn car!

Next big expense will be when the adaptive suspension struts/shocks need replacing... those pieces are EX-Pen-SIVE! Doesn't need them yet, but know it's coming down the bend.

Right now I just want to go a month without needing to put one to two thousand dollars into a vehicle!

Oil filter housing and oil cooler gaskets getting done today! Old ones were just starting to weep at 115k miles/11 years. They were still a bit supple, but were going, going... almost gone. Scraped off the old gasket residue and put it all back. Only real drama was that damn accessory belt. Could not get it back on. Then poof, went on fine. Not sure what changed, but glad it did!

Replaced the crumbly old cowl and a shiny new one! Easy job that I bought a wiper arm puller for. Only little complication was the wiring and fluid line in the right corner that had to be disconnected. What a difference!

Old one lifting off and falling to pieces:

Comparing the two:

Easy to disconnect, just a little hard to access:

My OCD got the best of me and I just had to get a proper replacement for the blower cover filter. I still think my netting was pretty good, but I bet the factory one is better. Hopefully it will last another decade like the previous one did!
