N20 drivetrain malufunction 120308 Boost Pressure Too Low

I get drivetrain malufuction error code 12308 Boost Pressure Too Low when I accelerate over 3000 rpm, I have replaced diverter valve and no luck, Im thinking to replace boost solenoid next but when car is on I can see it moves westgate arm to close position, I did see the Turbo flapper is worn and loose I my need to tighten the waste gate. Does anyone have any suggestions where too look and what to test.

Have you checked your chargepipe connections? Thats usually #1 on the list. Stock cracks, sometimes crack is so fine you cant see it. Upgrade your chargepipe. If that fails then run a smoke test.

I did check it did smoke test no leaks cleaned all sensors on the charge pipe and intake, I have tightened westgate about 1/4" and delited the vacuum line to the exhaust flaper right at the engine and put copper wire on the flaper to keep it always open and boom car drives normal again no more code.
