You should add -0.5 degree upper control arms. They pull the top of the tire in about 5mm and will reduce the chance of hitting the fender. I installed them before lowering.

My front winters are 245/45-19 on 19x9 ET22 (same width, offset and outer diameter as yours). I use 408M which is ET32 front + 10mm spacer. Lowered I have about -1.3 degrees of total camber.

Oops I forgot to mention that I am running 3mm spacers up front bringing the front to ET+19.

I needed to clear my 750i calipers as they wouldn't clear my BMW Style 128 Wheels. When I was running the stock 535d calipers, they cleared just fine.

From my research there are three upper control arms available; a -0.5, 0 and +0.5. They offer these to repair cars with structural damage that doesn’t allow an in-spec alignment (camber isn’t adjustable on the front).

The 0 degree arm doesn’t necessarily mean 0 degrees of camber, just that it doesn’t add or subtract camber vs the standard part. Having said that, I believe the stock alignment is very close to 0 degrees. With lowering and the negative arms I’m sitting around -1.3.

With the tires out like that you’ll want to avoid charging into a steep driveway at an angle! Even with the negative arms, 3mm less offset and winter 245’s which surely have a narrower tread compared to yours, mine will still rub the fender quite easily.
