Wondering if anyone can help me, I have a 2015 535d that I recently bought. It had 91000 miles on when I got it, now it’s on 101,000. I recently got a major service done and the gearbox service by a bmw recognised garage.

Since then the car has been jerking when shifting gear slightly and just doesn’t seem to drive very well compared to before.

I’ve seen forums saying get adaptation done but others saying don’t? I was considering XHP to see if that fixes the issue as I was going to get it anyway? Any ideas what it could be?

Did you ever figure this out? My gear changes became insanely jerky after trans service, double checked fluid level and reset adaptations without any luck…

When is it jerking? Is it all the time or primarily when it's cold? - ZF's can be a bit jerky when cold but get smoother as they warm up
