This isn’t a question mark.

Per the following vBulletin support post, it appears to be caused by the site being on the wrong collation. Most internet browsers use UTF-8, but the site may not be set accordingly(?).

Interesting - apostrophes work in this app support forum but not the G80 forums. Does that site need its collation setting changed to match the main site??

I'm not a site admin or moderator, but suspect that they are tinkering with the database character sets behind the scenes as part of the new BP V2.0 web upgrade that's available for testing from a link in a post below.....
