F10 Soot on turbo

I have black soot on the turbo where the charge pipe is clipped on, Is this normal?

I have also found Oil on the Turbo to intercooler pipe, and intercooler to throttle body pipe aswell.
Turbine blades and the propeller have no play

Definitely not normal. Black soot indicates a boost leak at the charge pipe connection, meaning pressurized air and oil vapor are escaping.

A small amount of blow-by oil is considered normal on turbo cars. I wouldn’t worry about it. If it’s a pool of oil or very wet then it is a problem

I had the turbo repaired, turns out the Seals were blown.
Fixed the swirl flap lever since it was broken and they were stuck closed, this resolved most of the power loss issue im having.
Car bogs down at the top end, even though its tuned it runs slightly lower than stock. Any idea what I can check next? Car was sitting for a long time, But i replaced everything from the chain to the turbo etc.
No faults stored, Tuned by a reputable tuner, we tried 4 different maps, so its more likely a mechanical issue. (air filter is quite bad but im not sure if it can choke ~50 horsepower)

Incorrect mixture ratio or combustion temperature causes the soot production.
So if you would like to reduce soot amount, oil mixture to the cylinder or incorrect injection amount should be checked
