Can ISTA+ be used to code new BMW adaptive headlights? Is this Software free?

No, you need E-SYS for that. E-sys and ISTA+ are not freely distributable products, due to many licensing issues and the fact that, for example, the official ISTA+ is in constant online communication with German BMW.

Can somoene please send me the download link for the ISTA program i currently have a injector issue in my f10 its running -25% rich after a injector swap which before it was +25% now i cant figure out why im getting these readings and keeps putting me into limp mode
