Your car is post Sep. built so you don't need a Y-cable to plug your ipod/iphone. Just plug in your white usb cable to the hub and you can sync and charge. |

Really surprising that you didn’t notice any lack in performance comparing to 335. I believe 335 is ligher with more powerful engine so you should notice that. At least when I test drove 535 (N55), I noticed lack of performance comparing to my 135(N54). Completely different driving dynamics, I couldn’t do fast acceleration and quick passes. Considering HK big traffic congestion, more powerful engine is really important to quickly move car in right spot.

after all the 135 and 535 are both great cars. but they are for different purpose and market. it's not like one is better than the other. they both serve their drivers very well respectively. |

besides bodyweight, the difference in the transmission and engine affect too..
you could debate about N54 vs N55 .. N55 is newer design with single turbo, one guesses BMW was thinking fuel efficiency and lowering cost.. you would have to try both back to back keeping everything else constant, but no bmw is configured like that i think some say N54 is more performance oriented, N55 better efficiency (newer) with 'similar' performance .. we can only guess i liked the 135i when it came out.. so small with all that power |
