new F10 arrived

Hi guys,

Just picked up my new F10 at the dealer.Drove it 40 km to get home and it puts a big smile on my face . I havent tested much yet but surely the adaptive drive in combination with stiffer springs is allround and exactly what i was hoping for.
It was already dark when i got home so i 'l try to post a picture from in my garage.

grtz

I have now done some 7000 kms with my 535d and yesterday, for the first time I seriously hit the throttle

And with the adaptive drive and sport auto tranny both in sport mode, shifting with the paddles, this car really is damn quick.

Of course the experience is a bit subjective, but it felt like 911/M3 levels of performance (I've had track time with both). Especially acceleration in 2nd/3rd/4th/5th gear (30-120 km/h) is mindblowing.
Definitely way quicker than my e92 335d and 130i!

7000kms and you've only just now given it a full workout???

I'll be observing the running in instructions for the first 1200kms only and then be giving it what for

To be honest, I was running 250 km/h (155 mph) on the AutoBahn several times before.

EdwinF10:

Why not a short video of the acceleration?

I think a lot of guys would be very happy about that.
