David Shoup Tune

I see, still learning everyday. So I guess it is safe to assume I should be making at least 550 whp once I get to 22 psi with full E85. I can't wait. My tuner has been lagging lately. He thought he finished when he got me to 19 psi to redline. Now I'm asking for 22 psi all the way from 3500 rpm. Kinda starting all over now.

Not wtq, tq but that's still 42ish wtq. Keep in mind a custom tune is involved. It's not just straight up. Also I've struggled getting this thing right. My latest update to is to seal off all leaks even before the MAF.

Also, I snapped my fuel ventilation clips which turned out to be leaking. So if you've broken this clips, replace it. That's what the hose is coming off the intake. A hose that extends it's self to the fuel vent.

Are you building the engine or stock with the new turbo? What about transfer case can that handle power or you upgrade them and if so which one did you go with ? Then the issue of trans also?

For now stock with the new turbo not exceeding 620hp. I have a spare block and head that will be fully built after the season. Transfer case is holding up thus far. If it fails I have an extra one in the garage. They are relatively cheap. Transmission has held up with a local n55 pushing upwards of 700hp. I change my fluids every 6months as well.

Heck yeah, man! I’m assuming F06 has the same constraints as the F10 so this would be a setup available for either? Can’t wait to see this.

Similar experience here with TwistedTuning (Justin Whitted). Before starting he ASSURED me that he had tuned several F-series PWG.

I gave up after 47 revisions and 283 logs

Asked for a partial refund which he "agreed" to - never heard from him since then.

Funny enough I believe he did the stock turbo PWG OTS for MHD - and they work fine as far as I know.
