I used to love pre workout supplements, especially the old Jack3d formula with 1,3-DMAA and Shizandrol A, both of those combined ...
![]() Sympathomimetics and CNS stimulation ftw. Powerful stuff. Shizandrol A also has very potent dopaminergic inhibition. You can buy Shizandrol berry extract/powder. That and a touch of caffeine ..powerful and not to be underestimated. You'll feel on top of the world.

Yeah, the old jack3d formula was great. White Flood used to be another one that was incredible, but I think they took it off the shelves lol. The original formula for VPX NOShotgun was pretty intense stuff as well.

You get 10 or 13mm? I have the 10 which is more for squat then dead but still will pinch and bruise me up at times on squats, did you get Hello kitty theme?
I'm in a growth phase I guess you would say eating like a mad monkey, 205ish right now. Numbers are low though however as haven't been super heavy in while. Once in a while do 405 on deads or 275 bench but havent been pushing numbers as much unfortunately |
