Instead of taking apart the headlight, use GE advanced silicone kitchen & bath caulk ($11 at Home Depot) to seal the gap between the front lens and the black body all the way around.

I have this issue. I'm trying however to understand how the vents in the headlight work. Are they one-way?

Update: I removed the headlight again and sealed the seam with GE Silicone (you only need the small hand held tube that the sell at Home Depot). We have had several rains since I did the repair and the problem so far is gone!

Great link in the post above. I removed the moisture in the headlight with a hair dryer before I removed the headlight though. Also I changed the weatherstripping around the headlight and both headlight caps with new weatherstripping and caps from FCP.

hi guys, im currently suffering from the same issue myself. i replaced mine with brand new headlights purchased straight from the dealer. 2 weeks after install, washed the car after a rainy day, lights fogged up and killed all my modules. any idea what is the reason behind ll this condensation? my headlight is LCI adaptive LED. and my car is a BMW f10 m5
