If he gets a WRC seat, I bet you never see him in an F1 car again. And happy he will be, to boot!

Raikkonen close to Citroen WRC deal
According to the official World Rally Championship website Kimi Raikkonen is about to sign a deal with Citroen to drive a C4 World Rally Car on all 13 rounds of the 2010 World Rally Championship. Nothing is signed yet, but a source close to the 2007 F1 World Champion told wrc.com that only small details needed to be tied-up before an official announcement is made in the coming days.

I would love to see him in the WRC fulltime. He a huge talent but was difficult to watch this past year given how behind Ferrari was, combined with his own lack of consistancy. It would be good for the sport and interesting to see if he could maintain his focus over the entire season.
As for Schumi, I would probably pay to watch him race lawn mowers in Wisconsin... Regards, John |

I just watched 5 hrs of WRC over the weekend and saw Kimi's lone stint in WRC in 2009. I think he will do poorly (for his standards and expectations) and return to F1 in 2011, further boosting driver quality. Would be a glorious day when Kimi, Hamilton, Michael, Alonso, Massa, Vettel, Kubica all race together!

Kimi didnt stay in rallyes, less money, he never could go go faster even for a Junior team, he go for rallys this year, take some fun, the money of Ferrari suply thats economical fact, then next year he move from Red Bull rally team to F1 team possibly, hes still the most talented driver on F1, he came back whenever he wants. |
