Hi - mine is sapphire black exterior with oyster / black interior. The combo is stunning .. have had to invest in a good cleaner / conditioning as we are in the topics so the car has a lot a direct sunlight as well. Some effort to keep it clean, but worth it!

Oyster/black definitely pops more than any of the other color interiors, it really has a nice look. I went with black Dakota because of dog (and hopefully impending kids) transportation issues. If I hadn't been worried about difficulty cleaning, would definitely have gone with the oyster/black. Sometimes I think my car looks a bit like I'm a teenage street racer wanna-be with the dark (graphite) exterior and black interior.

I agree. It is very subjective but I think Napa leather Oyster/black is the best interior "look and feel" combo on the market today. But the wear and tear realities of life dictated Dakota black leather for me.

black is generally an easier colour to match with the exterior, but its just way too common. I have titanium silver on oyster which I think looks amazing in person. you might want to get tints to clean up the look from the outside but I love it compared to the typical shit you see on the road. (funny enough the invoice said venetian beige, but thank god I dont have the beige carpet...)

I have Imperial Blue Metallic on Oyster and love the combo. The only bad part is the first owner must've tried to clean a nasty stain from the door panel and rubbed the paint off the leather. I've tried services that repaint it and it looks great when freshly applied but only lasts a couple months. I'd love to find a used replacement panel but haven't been able to.

You can definitely get that restored for a reasonable sum of money.

Honestly, I'm not sure. The company is the company a BMW dealership I used to work for used so I figured they'd be good. I thought it was because too much of the top layer had been rubbed off and the new paint didn't have the right surface to stick to. I've been keeping an eye out for a door panel on eBay but Oyster doesn't come up very often
