Hi ac388. I need to check my exact amount when I get home but my insurance started in End Sept with the same ncd points.
You should go to your dealer and tell them your friends are getting 5100(Ping On) and 5900(Liberty) for the 528. The 523 should be a bit cheaper. I think they will adjust thier offer. |

anyone changed their front cornering light? The plastic box doesn't seem to be able to turn open in the circle as the manual says, there seems no opening ..

so it appears the front headlights are a sealed unit, with no non-xenon/led (=halogen) bits, correct?
http://forums.5series.net/topic/1020...r/page__st__15 from this thread, 'cornering lights' is a term from adaptive headlights option, where the inside beam (normally high beam) turn on at low speeds for cornering and when backing up. so there is nothing to replace in the front, unless u want to take the headlight apart and replace the three little orange leds (i am tempted .. not. i want to, but it is too much work) however the reversing light, rear fog, and front fogs are halogen, for those of you who are into changing the color /replacing with leds. with leds, u will get a light bulb out error (i had them taken out) if they do not have special canbus-corrector (or DIY resistor) for car interior, no errors for all bulbs (I tried) |

no, my "competent" dealer has not called me yet on my car delivery. I called him a couple weeks ago and he said he will get back to me. He has been under the radar since then. I am not gonna rush him since I am still stuck with my E46 and I probably wanna pick up my car after my trip.

Insurance
I picked up my car last Sat. n the sales agreed to reduce the insurance by $300. Even though it is not a whole lot but every pennies count !
Thanks again for your help. As for the wheel, I will stay put for the moment since the 17" did not look as bad as i thought, plus my ultimate wheel is the 20" #312 that Juz had. I will run these for a year or so, then do the upgrade. |

That is $8449 minus $300, for $8149, which i think is still high.
As for photo, will try to take some this weekend in the open air, since my garage is underground n not bright enough. |
