I work out between 5-6:20am. Tends to be a little cooler but still brutally humid. I just suffer in there - conepletely soaked every single morning lol. I did about 40mins of recovery yoga at 10am this morning - absoloutely brutal, no need for a hot yoga studio that is for sure.
