Damn the 550i is quick.

This BMW must be packing a strong punch because the Jeep SRT8 is very quick from 0-60

I agree with you on the jump start.

I think the jeep cherokee SRT8 would get stuck too. The special SRT8 model is not made for offroading. Even Chrysler state that while selling it.

+1. He was pulling away and all of the sudden you seen the 550 slow down; which indicates that he lifted his foot off the accelerator.

The SRT-8 is getting updated in 2011, also I would imagine that SRT-8 = 550i in terms of performance.

SRT-8 is about a 13.5 second truck, if a 550i is faster than that WOW.

What is the 550i rated at in the 1/4 ?

That jeep should be good for mid 12's with the mods listed... I have a feeling the mods on the jeep may be off...

Yep...I used to smoke my buddy's 4.2 A6 from a standstill all the time in my old 330i. Of course, he'd catch up eventually but even now in my little 328 I'm SHOCKED at how quick this thing is bone stock...
