Is this the same one?

Sounds like it. I tried to use my 2012 FSC code with the 2013 discs but predictably it didn't work

Cheers guys. I am downloading it now ~30% with 2 days to go :-)
I will have to buy another FSC code then since the 2012 version I bought back in March still did not have new roads which were completed in November 2010 - Grrrrr!!!!! Call me fussy - but I hate driving thru fields every day on my way to work - with the map twitching away as it keeps jumping you to the nearest road. I will not be happy if this (now old) road is not on the latest maps!

This whole update business is an absolute joke with BMW. We pay a great deal of money to have this feature option on our cars and are ripped off when we want to update. Its disgraceful - it can't cost BMW much more than a few quid per car. My 2 penneth.... |

You may need to go through a web proxy (like me) if your ISP has also bent over and touched its toes for the music industry! If you go to b_m_w_c_o_d_i_n_g.c_o_m (remove underscores) and search for a user ******* - he will give you the FSC code for a respectable amount (via paypal) Good luck.

I will be absolutely disgusted if it is not included this time (a full two years after the road was completed) For reference it is the dual carriageway between the end of the M1 motorway and Ballygawley in Co. Tyrone.

Happy days. My 2013 premium CIC upgrade went smoothly and the 2 yr old road is now on it. No more driving thru fields for me

Glad to hear . In Dublin there are some old roads that weren't on the 2012 but are on the 2013 maps , so for me it has been worth the cost of the upgrade

Then you put the first one into the glove box usb port and turn on the ignition. The car will do the rest. The first thing it will do is ask for an FSC code which you dial in via the iDrive knob. Once the first usb stick is read in it will prompt for the next. (If you only have one stick then you could take it out at this stage and overwrite it with the next iso's contents)

The only way I can think round this would be:
1 Create 3 folders on USB (e.g. Disk1, Disk2, Disk3) 2 Copy contents of 3 ISO's into their respective folders 3 Move contents of Disk1 to root of USB and start upgrade 4 When Prompted for next one, take out USB and move files from the root folder back to Disk1 and move contents of Disk2 to root folder (using Laptop or similar) 5 Same for Disk3 This would still require you take a laptop out to the car to do the install but at least you only need one USB stick and also the moving of files within the USB is instantaneous compared to copying files.
