I'll wait till the car is shown and reviews come out, Nissan is a s*** show right now and I'm still sour from how they ruined Infiniti with the Q50/60, those cars drove nothing like the the G35/37, not to mention I find the 3.0TT has a lot less character than the 3.5 and 3.7, so right now I don't have much hope for the next Z.

Supposed to be revealed September 15, or at least the prototype will.

I mean more power to them if its true, but hopefully it isn't the old 6 speed with the same CSC/CMC issues, and hopefully this time they actually will vent the brakes so people don't see ice mode anymore, and hopefully not a saddle shaped fuel tank that would cause fuel starvation going around right turns end rant from a disappointed former 370Z owner

The fact that it's a TURBO, means easy modding to @450-500hp. For this type of car @ $40k and nice styling... It'll be a hit!

I hope it gets a manual.
From that 'hand on the shift knop' it could just as wel be someone putting it in park If they make a roadster, I hope they do it right. The 350Z roadster was 346kg heavier than the contempary z4 roadster (e85) (yes, thats 763lbs heavier, and luggagespace was about twice as small, so not the ideal car to go on a short holiday driving some alpine mountain passes, the z4 was clearly superior in that). Even the coupe was already very heavy compared to z4 coupe and porsche cayman. A light, agile sportscar with manual transmission is what I want. Is this going to be it? (oh and low CO2 emissions is pretty important where I live, pricewise)
