Hello everyone. I have 06/12 F11 with CiC. Got NBT kit from donor for retrofit(ID4) but thinking to go immediately to ID6. Is it possible and which parts i need?

hey saddam, i have 2 cars that i might be retrofitting it on, mine pre lci and a friends lci. is your car lci? i was planning to start on the cic with the smaller screen of mine, and if i succeed i might move to my friends as the cic is not that modern and is outdated imo.
i could you please share your way of doing it? as most of the posts that ive seen never post it in detail like what evo to use and how to code.

i was planning on getting a whole set from a g30, evo the touch display and the idrive controller. was also planning on retrofitting the evo with a gps module and antenna port.

did you use a G series nbt evo or an F series?
looks like your using the oem f series idrive controller, does it change the tel and radio buttons to com and map?
how did you code it? does it need some different emulators and so on?
could you by any chance share some bmw part numbers?
i have some diy knowledge and would like to source each parts for good price instead of paying someone 2500 without shipping to my country which would probably cost near half of the kit.

im surely getting a touch screen from a g30 and convert it to fit in the oem spot for the f10
about the idrive ive seen ceramic idrive controllers from f15 x5 that looks cool so i was interested to know if it will work or i need a newer com and map controller, which is not a big deal really.
