What I have realize is that David Shoup likes to keep engine running clean meaning try to have zero timing corrections that is why he doesn't push crazy psi right away. Also, correct me if I am wrong but you can have low boost psi but run advance timing which will give you more power at lower psi.

I'm gonna get 500whp with my man D Shoup. I have the inlet, fueling, 3.5 sensor, and the turbo, plus other hardware that will allow 25psi. Tryna make N54 owners upset.

I don't know just going off D Shoups words. 25 is high and quite honestly I think 22 is max for a daily. Our 5 series are finicky beasts and require more attention when it comes to tuning. 25 might need to happen but I'm about to discover with this HOD, PS2 and D Shoup.

Spool mentioned they have a fix for the clanking but they have not sent to me yet. The clanking sound is annoying.

The fueling your getting from stage 2 lpfp seems good in your datalogs. Not sure at what PSI that will start falling off.

Remember your inlet is your next blocker to go over 20psi. I have az racer's custom inlet so I'll know soon if we can clear 20 with hod, inlet and PS2. However, if you can clear 20 with an inlet, stage 2 lpfp, and PS2 I would reconsider my HOD.

I do have azmcracers inlet as well. I didn't wanted to do half ass install lol. Plus Helix will allow me to just pour straight e85 without worrying about calculating where right now I would have to keep mixing all the time, and not sure how much 93/e85 mix my current setup can take. I am planning on getting Helix by summer so let me know if they send you the fix and if resolves the sound issues.

David told me his tune is a e50 tune. Can he make a full e85 tune? Probably but, that's something you would have to talk to him about. I will say mixes that are higher than e50 blends with this HOD makes for a rough cold start. After warm up it's fine. Maybe a stage 2 lpfp would correct that cold start up with high ethanol content. I'll ask him about priming for longer period on cold start maybe that will correct it.

We're having to readjust upper range due to overboosting issue. Car running super good and clean. I think one more revision to hold 18psi till at least 6300-6500rpm and I am good until Helix OD.

Nice, mines running very strong too. It's not holding boost on every run after 55-5600rpm. I'm having him make corrections there too.

I know a guy on YouTube who was pushing 500rwhp @ 23psi using JB4 and meth. I hope flash has better control and we make more power at less psi lol.

I don't know psi but the way I understand is:

Pump gas (depend on octane): 400-450whp
Pump + e85 mix: 500-550whp
Pump + port injection + meth: close to/at 600whp

600whp would be max and pushing pure stage 2 to it's efficiency limit I think.

Helix OD is different then PI but I think you can accomplish same powa! Lol. But HOD with meth injection and you are maxing out pure stage 2. I just don't want to do meth due to pump failure issues I have read everywhere.

I did read somewhere that they had a fix for this beside bmwdoubles telling me this. I will do HOD and maybe water injection for lower IAT without any meth.

im at 20psi all around the board.
570 on racegas.
475 on 93.
i havent tuned for e85 since i have AIC2 and it uses tuner pro for port injection. Different software from AIC1.

we tuned on e40 last yr and made 530hp but that was with a massive fuel leak unknown only putting out 36psi of pressure. Also didnt have PI at the time so we were limited.
