If I can do 550whp then I am happy. As long as I am not WOT every stop light and every day all the time then I don't think 550whp would be an issue. I do not plan on taking it further then that. I know people saying you don't need lpfp upgrade if you go Helix, but I think with straight E85 it is must to have a stage 2 lpfp to keep up with demand. I could be wrong and you might prove me wrong once your car is done tuning.

Not sure why David Shoup asked me, "are you at least running stage 2 lpfp?" Even though he knew I am only using 93 octane and had 0 clue regarding my Helix OD plans. I think there is a psi difference too between the OEM pump vs stage 2 pump. But honestly I would love to go back to OEM lpfp if lpfp stage 2 is useless.

i run the 525 Hellcat pump. On e30 e40 never had a problem with y 450 on e50. Soon as i went pass that the e85 put a strain on the EKPM3 and left me stuck a couple of times. My advice. If your plannning onrunning e50+ get yourself a 525 hellcat pump where the fuel pressure rises with the boost and an ekpm3. If your lower then you should be fine.

Did you ask David about the lpfp at all or has he said anything?

Pros and cons on our fueling choices. Mine takes care of top end fueling but makes a metal clanking sound occasionally. Yours holds good pressure up top too but could potentially melt your top hat or ekps or both or have a hose pop off. People using meth could blow up their car either by no ecu control under detonation or worse a line breaks loose.

So far making 430whp. We'll get 500whp but i have a boost leak and wgdc are at 95%. Thought I fixed it so now i need to smoke test it. The car rips even with the leaks.

Is David waiting for you to get that sorted out or does he even need to? I would imagine he's feeding in the boost but you just can't hold it...?
Awesome stuff. |

I think I am going to sell this car and move on.... We have been trying but timing corrections don't want to go away... Tried 93oct + 3 gallons of e85 but no difference. I am giving up hope. I already tried changing plugs and coils twice.

Anyone know if David tunes ewg n55's. I know his FB says early model n55's but I'm leaning more toward a custom tune to get off the OTS maps and would love to go to someone highly recommended.

I feel ya bro the N55 is not a tuner friendly platform. I've been scoping F10 M5's also e90 M3's. 2 different worlds but V8's are the next list. How much power did you finally pull out of yours? Roughly? The B58 motors on the 3 and 440's are producing large power!

Yes he does EWG and honestly you're going to get better results than us PWG guys. Your down pipe is 4" and ours is 3.5 plus EWG you get full control of the WG. If I had the 4" DP and EWG with the upgraded hpfp for that platform i would be way past 500whp. I'm hitting 430whp to the top with problems
