Any feedback on the following deal would be appreciated. Considering taking advantage of the pull ahead program on a leased 2011 328xi (20,500 miles) and getting out of Aug, Sept. and Oct payments.
Looking at: 2014 535i xDrive (base + black sapphire paint, cold weather, premium, back up camera and park distance control) MSRP - $62,475 less Discount - $4,980 Selling Price - $57,495 (Dealer Invoice - $58,045 = Invoice of $57,515 + Training $180 + MACO $350) Less Build Out Cash - $1500 Less Drive Event - $1,000 Less "trade equity" - $500 Service Fee - $168 Acq. Fee - $725 Cap. Cost - $55,388 36 months/10K MF - .0015 (3.6%) (compared to BMW August program MF of .0013 - 3.12%) Residual - 62% ($38,735) Monthly Payment - $603 + 5.6% tax = $637 Upfronts = $801 (1st pay $637 + Plates $75 + Title $89) Any comments or feed back would be much appreciated. They ended up coming down another $500 on the selling price so monthly ended up at $591 ($624 w/tax).
Seems like it was a decent time to pick up at model year end with the incentives, final payment with nothing out of pocket seems pretty reasonable. Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback. |
