Unhappy strange scanning after my repairing adaptive bi-xenon headlights

Hi guys,

I have a leaking problem from my passenger side headlight, my 528i f10 has adaptive bi-xenon headlights. After resealing the lens, I replaced the TMS control module (chip on the bottom of the headlight) due to water damage. It began to do this weird scanning on the highway ever since, basically three random quick scans on the side and return to center.

Does anyone know what they are? I mean if I changed back to my original chip, the scan would never be triggered again.
