Active sound exhaust...

Hey guys....looking for advice on adding active sound to my 535d ms...
Any recommends/links would be very much appreciated...🙏🏼..
Ps am I right in saying the car already has an element of manufactured sound??

Do you have spacers ? And I have Active sound option with my ECU tune but not sure what it does exactly mind explaining ?

Standard wheel set up at the mo...will be adding 15mm rear and 10mm front spacers soon..not sure about your active sound...need advice myself 🤨
