I actually didn't get it. It was in Minnesota and had the M package with CF trim and all.

My bank wouldn't let me get a out of state loan so still hunting

Just for reference...I got my 2012 550i M-Sport with EVERY option back in September for $29.9. It did have 71k on it but I was able to get aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty with road hazard for 24 months.
I did do a maintenance check and the car had all maintenance done at the dealership and CCP completed as well.

I'm in MD and it is a local car.

Also see if you can find out how long its been on the lot, I bought my 2014 550i with an extra year of CPO Warranty, loaded with 12k miles, for $46k, however they had it on the lot for 4.5 months, starting at 63k.

Also during this time of year look for rwd cars out of state in snowy climates (I found mine in Bend, Or)

as they sometimes tend to sit on the lot in snowier climates this time of year...

I got the warranty through the dealership from a company called Fidelity. I've had my tires replaced already with no hassle but haven't had to take it in for anything else yet.

I have a really good service advisor at the local BMW dealership so I think a lot of the warranty stuff depends on how good your SA is.
