Abs control

I have a 2011 550i AWD that lately I've been running into problems with. Just recently, I've had the entire dash lit up, seems like every light, speedo stopped working, steering got really stiff. Ran codes and it came up as The ABS control module. Also said accelerator control module, which would explain the sometimes unresponsive gas pedal at low speeds.

I've searched high and low for this ABS control module, no one repairs this year as it is only this year specific. No one has it in stock and dealer wants upwards of $1800 for the part. Any ideas on what I can do? I'm also looking for a passenger side CV joint because the boot on my is torn and leaking grease.

IMHO look at the battery first.

Funny thing, I needed a battery for the longest. Procrastinated for awhile, would always get "battery discharged" message. Right when I got the battery (maybe a day or two b4) the problem started. Was told it was the battery's low voltage spiking. Changed the battery, registered it, and no difference. Bummer lol
