Looking into the side view camera retrofit. I found this website (link below), has anyone had any experience with them? Or any other ideas for this retrofit?

They are very good. I had my F10 retrofitted with iPod/USB right after I got my car. Do a search, many have used them.

They are a good group. Patrik is sort of famous here in this web. I havn't seen any post for this specific retrofit, but I've heard about their work in navi and 6NR retrofits.

Doing the retrofit to my 2013 F10 as we speak. You have to obtain Two mirrors off of ebay that have the Camera inside the mirror. Swap out mirrors, Replace ECU in trunk, Drill 2 holes in your Front plastic bumper (BMW nicely marks the spot on ALL models) and then wire the cameras. Bimmertech can put a package together for you. I got most of my stuff from him. GREAT company.

Just finished my Surround view retrofit on my 2013 bmw F10 550. Was not hard but tedious. Hardest part is running the wires properly along factory wiring harness. And you have to take out the blower on the passenger side to run the wire through the firewall.

Patryk was super helpful with providing the instructions. But there are tricks that BMW TIS does not cover...

Do you need PDC

Not sure if you "need" it, but PDC does show as part of the function on surround view. Might be able to code it without PDC function

Ok, I'd need to know forsure before even starting this and where did you get all your wiring from

Hey I think you can message me know I've deleted a lot of messages !, I'd rather part out everything myself just trying to look for someone that can do all the wiring so it can be plug and play for me basically did Bimmertech do that for you
