I went with free flow because it looks nice but also because it allows water to flow out of the garage. Any solid tiles you should easily be able to clean up any spills

you know what I did over the Weekend when I was detailing the car and I had to use the jack to install the rear diffuser tray I used the front door mat that's made out of...I dunno like a rubber material I guess? It was big enough for the jack to sit on and it did not leave any marks afer I was done. there's a couple of YouTube videos where they posted what would happen to the Racedeck flooring and it did leave some gouges and marks when you didn't use anything. put a piece of board or something and it's fine

The one thing I would worry about your flooring choice is losing screws, nuts, and bolts into the small squares. I suppose you could have a magnet handy. Now that I think of it, how will you clean out spills like oil and transmission fluid?

regular size...12x12. I believe the XL is 15x15?

Do you have a garage that you can do also? I will tell you if you do I would highly recommend you do it! Every time I come home and I hit the garage remote and the garage door opens I swear I hear music to my ears going "aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh" and I have the biggest smile! My wife usually laughs at me cause she knows what's going through my mind every time

I just have your basic 3-car SoCal garage. I could possibly install a lift in the 1-holer, but there's still too little room on the sides. As we get older my wife realizes that a 2-story house will be impractical. Then again, we can't afford the taxes on a newer (much higher priced) house. That should finally get her out of the PRK!

I hear ya! When I lived in San Diego we just couldn't afford the houses but Temecula was just growing at the time so we ended up moving up there back in 2000 when it was cheap. Now even today Temecula, Murrieta isn't cheap anymore. So that's why we decided to try somewhere else. Didn't know it was going to be across the country in Ohio Lol. 1/2 acre lot sitting in a 4500 sqft home for $299k which in San Diego would easily be $million dollar home
