Just wanted to post a follow up to my previous post to hopefully answer any questions that people may have.

PDC

The bumper has indents on the backside for PDC sensors, it was pretty easy to find and drill out. I used a stepped drill bit the size was 18mm for the sensor holes. If I were to do it again I would order the PDC sensor bunch as I found the Drill bit to be a little bit of a hassle. Also my stepped bit ended at 20mm so I was concerned about making the whole too large accidentally.

Painting

There are plenty of instructions on how to paint plastic parts online so I won't bore you with the process but I'll drop the materials i used below if anyone wants to tackle this job on their own.

I painted the front and rear bumpers of my car (PO had the rear bumper refinished due to a shopping cart incident but the shop painted it BSM instead of Jet Black. Subtle difference but noticeable to the trained eye.) so I had to order quite a bit more product but I would say the split is something like 45/50 F/R in terms of product needs.

Paint
12oz Sandable Acrylic Lacquer Primer - Black (3)
12oz Aerosol Spray Paint - Jet Black 668 (5)
Sp*****x 2k Urethane Clear Coat (3)

Misc Materials
Grey Scuff Pad
1000 grit sand paper
Tack Rags
Plastic Drop Cloths

My work area was a little dirty for painting and i sprayed at a little bit colder of temp than recommended but all in all i'm happy with the results. I'll probably compound and polish the bumpers this weekend but all in all I was happy with the minimal orange peel after the paint cured for 24hrs.

Finally got around to spraying and installing my bumper. A couple of problems that I ran into:

1) Needed to trim 1/8 off of the rubber seal that mates up against the kidney grills
2) Needed to but 1/8 inch off the corners of the physical aluminum bumper bar. Yes. The bumper bar. Crazy stuff.
3) Needed to shave down the bumper at the top 6 torx bolts. For some reason 3 of the holes had a built in step that prevented the bumper from seating properly. The OEM bumper did not have these steps.
4) The new bumper does not have a mounting surface to screw in the lowest screw of the fender liner. Strange.
5) The foam bumper bar insert did not fit the bumper... AT ALL! It's twice as thick as it should be. I tried trimming it, no dice.

With all this being said, the fit to the fenders, headights, and hood is is 9.0/10. Not bad for an aftermarket bumper.

1) no issues with mine
2) no issues with mine
3)no issues with the step lip, I don't think mine had that
4)had the same issue but I would have to take a look under to see what I did to remedy that
5) same here, couldn't use the foam bumper support.

I did have to remove what looked like an air dam on the bottom left as I couldn't get the bumper to go on with that air dam. Probably could have shaved it but with that big opening I just removed it

Agree with the fitment tho. Everything lined up nicely. Other than that your car looks sweet!

Thank you!

A few more pics for those who are interested. I think the upgraded iconic style halos are a must with this bumper:

Did you do this yourself? I'm worried about dissembling the lens and ruining it
